Pro Tip: Use any combination of your favourite sliced, dry-cured and deli meats to make this outstanding sandwich using all the flavours from a classic charcuterie board.


  • 4 slices ACE Bakery® Organic Italian Loaf
  • 4 slices of Genoa salami
  • 4 slices of capicola or bresaola
  • 4 slices mortadella
  • 4 slices smoked Gouda, Havarti or Manchego
  • 4 slices dill pickles
  • 2 tbsp. grainy hot mustard


  1. Divide the salami and meats over two slices of ACE® Organic Italian Loaf.
  2. Top each with two slices of cheese and pickles.
  3. Spread mustard over the two remaining slices of bread and press mustard side down to make 2 sandwiches. Serve immediately.

Optional Add-Ins: Add pickled onions or tapenade to this sandwich for an extra kick.
